Due to track refurbishment at Sutcliffe Park in 2017 the meetings scheduled on Wednesday 19th July and Wednesday 16th August have been cancelled.

 

Important event information

Entry: Open/Non BMC members: £6 per event/2nd event - £1. BMC members: £5.

 

Events marked * - online entry ONLY. No entries on the night.Entry closes 30mins before start time.

 

All 800/1500/Mile/5000m enter in advance via www.britishmilersclub.com.

 

BMC Pace making – best efforts are made to provide pace makers for web entry BMC races. Other races will be graded.

 

Field - Number of throws will depend on entries. For all events - If it is full, entry may be denied.

Timing:  All track events are scheduled to be electronically timed.

 

Text messages – no races can be entered via text message.

 

City Mile & Sydney Wooderson/BMC 800m – Prize money is on offer for both these races, subject to performance. For details and entry see www.britishmilersclub.com

 

Withdrawal – All athletes who need to withdraw must do so before the event via the BMC website. Failure to notify the organiser will result in a ban from further BMC events.

 

Athletes will need to supply their EA registration number.

 

THE TRACK IS UNGOING CONSTRUCTION WORK DURING THE SUMMER AND CERTAIN AREAS WILL NOT BE ACCESSIBLE BY THE PUBLIC AND THIS INCLUDES THE FINISHING STRAIGHT. PLEASE OBSERVE SIGNS AND STAFF MEMBERS.
