Winter training sessions held at Lee Valley Athletics Centre
For all one-lap hurdlers under the guidance of Lloyd Cowan, Brian Hopkins and various guest coaches. Athletes of all standards and from any region are welcome to attend. There is no charge to coaches who are welcome and encouraged to attend.

Price to Athletes - £5 per session. (Or £3 if you belong to a club in the Lea Valley Network - Please bring proof of membership with you).

All sessions run from 11am - 3pm.
