As the London Olympic Games draw closer, Track Academy has had a very busy month. The Academys elite athletes have been preparing to jet off to LA for warm weather training. The Director Connie Henry flew off to commentate for IAAF Radio at the World Indoor Championships in Turkey. Also there have been some outstanding performances at competitions from our athletes (selected results are shown below). Two mentoring workshops were also run this month. The first for the senior male athletes with role models from the local community and the second a Mentor Dinner
for our volunteers that help make a real difference at Track Academy. Also, Track Academy’s work has been highlighted in the last few months in the media and we
