Facilities
The London Strategy identified the need to create a London Facilities Plan in partnership with England Athletics and UKA. This will enable us to advocate on London’s behalf over many things including maintenance, accessibility and investment.
In 2010 two athletics projects were awarded funding from the Mayor’s Fund for Sport – the refurbishment of Enfield Stadium (£250,000) and ancillary facilities at Orion Harriers. An update on these projects will appear here on this section shortly.
