  • Increase coaches in technical events (throws, hurdles, jumps)
  • Increase numbers general volunteers
  • General increase in participation
Key Projects
  • Increase coaches taking qualifications, through more loacally run courses
  • Establish a network mentoring scheme
  • Establish technical event support groups in identified events
  • Athlete to coach apprentice scheme in identified events
  • Volunteer recruitment schemes
  • Establish network competition base to help retain athletes
  • Establish a disability pathway
  • Improve school to club links
