Run a mile and win lunch with GB Olympians

London Athletics has teamed up with the organisers of the Vitality Westminster Mile to offer subscribers the chance to win a lunch date with some of GB’s greatest Olympians on Sunday 28 May. All you need to do to win is to sign up to run, using the Family Entry link here and select the group Team PB from the dropdown menu of group names.

The Vitality Westminster Mile was created as a legacy event after the London 2012 Olympic Games and now features 30 events for all ages and abilities over the iconic mile distance. In 2016, David Weir became the first man to break three minutes for the mile and in previous years the event has celebrated the world record breaking careers of Sir Roger Bannister and Steve Cram.

With a spectacular start on The Mall, the course of the world’s most famous mile takes in Horse Guards Parade and Birdcage Walk and finishes in front of Buckingham Palace. Entry is £8 for adults, £6 for juniors and free for children aged 11 and under. There’s a host of free family-friendly activities all day long in Green Park at the Vitality Wellness Festival too.

The final race of the morning is the Olympians Mile where more than 100 Olympians who have represented GB at summer and winter Games over the years, squeeze back into their Olympic kit and take on the mile distance.

Enter the Vitality Westminster Mile before 30 April and you will automatically go into the draw to win the chance for you and your guest to have lunch with the Olympians in the VIP hospitality by the finish line.
